Agrideck CC Concrete Pit Mounted Weighbridge

Concrete weighbridges are ideal for a wide range of agricultural applications. Our pit-mounted concrete Agrideck is constructed using ready-mixed concrete contained within a lightweight prefabricated steel frame with integral reinforcing bars and base. This cost-effective design is easy to install and provides a robust, maintenance-free, weighing deck.

The steel frame is initially installed on site with dummy load cells, this allows levelling adjustments to be made and the load cell base plates to be welded. The stainless steel load cells are then fitted, locked off and the frame in-filled with ready-mixed concrete. When this has cured, the weighbridge can be calibrated in the normal way. The non-slip finish provides an excellent chemical and skid-resistant surface.
